Does ClaimFast ever submit a claim for me?
No — never. ClaimFast only fills the service-line rows. You review every line and press submit yourself, exactly as you do today. The submit button is always yours.
Do you see my login or my patients' data?
No. You log in to your own portal — ClaimFast never handles your credentials. Rows are filled directly into the page in your browser and are not routed through or stored on our servers.
Which portals does it work with?
Seven plans across five portals: UnitedHealthcare, Little Havana, and Sunshine Health directly; Simply, Molina, and Florida Community Care through Availity; and Aetna through Office Ally. Humana is next. If your portal isn't listed yet, get in touch and tell us which one you use — it's how we decide what to build next.
Do I have to use ClaimFast for everything?
No. Use it for the payers and the claims where you're still entering service lines by hand, and keep doing everything else exactly as you do now. Most billers don't have one single workflow — a template here, a different portal there, manual entry somewhere else. ClaimFast fits into the manual parts and leaves the rest alone.
Does it work with my Availity templates?
Yes — it works right alongside them. Your Availity template remembers the patient and the codes; ClaimFast finishes the claim by filling the dates, service lines, units, and charges from attendance.
What if a portal changes its page?
ClaimFast is built to fail safe. If it can't confidently find the right fields, it fills nothing rather than guessing — so it never puts data in the wrong place. When a portal changes, we update the extension quickly.
