ClaimFast is a browser extension that helps medical billers fill the service-line rows on claim forms they are already authorized to work on.

What we don't collect

Patient information and claim information — ever. No patient data is sent to ClaimFast or to any third party. ClaimFast fills forms in front of you; the people those forms are about never pass through us.

What stays on your device

ClaimFast saves your own preferences locally in your browser (the portal you last used and the billing month for the current session) using the browser's storage. This never leaves your computer and is not accessible to us.

Your ClaimFast account

If you sign in to a ClaimFast account inside the extension, we store your account email and the billing configuration you set up in the ClaimFast app — your daycare's rates, procedure codes, and provider identity. This is business information you entered, used solely to fill your claim forms. It is never sold or shared, and it never includes patient information.

What ClaimFast does on a page

When you click Fill on a claim page, ClaimFast enters the service-line values into the form on that page so you can review them. It does not read or copy that information anywhere else, does not submit the claim, and does not log in on your behalf.

Health information (HIPAA)

ClaimFast is designed so that patient/health information never leaves your machine. Because ClaimFast does not receive or transmit that data, it does not act as a processor of it.
